Initial Evaluation

Service Description

First visit is 75 minutes total. I will take a thorough history and examine your posture, range of motion, movement quality, muscle strength, and biomechanics. I will develop a treatment diagnosis that will assist in creating a treatment plan that will help you get to where you want to be. Included in this initial evaluation is specific hands-on treatment (soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, IASTM, active release technique, muscle energy technique, high velocity thrust manipulation, etc) for decreasing your symptoms and correcting your problem, as well as instructed therapeutic exercises to begin your therapy journey.
